Congress high command has conducted a meeting between leaders of two sides to convince them before introduces the Telangana bill in Rajya Sabha. The meeting took place for more than 3 hours with heated arguments on two sides in the “War Room”. This is the first time the High Command summoned leaders at two sides after CWC decision. All of the SA leaders have expressed their opinions before them. Union Tourism Minister K. Chiranjeevi opened his views with all emotions and sorrow. Congress high command never ever talked with SA ministers on bifurcation of the state. Congress never gives for our views and suggestions in this regard. Chirrup said, “There are lot of aspirations among the people and we too wants political future in SA but High Command did whatever it wants without any intimation to us”. Revenue sharing, educational institutions, palaver and UT status to HYD all these issues are neglected by Congress High Command.
Chiru has linked “Jai Andhra” moment in 1972 with Hyderabad. In 70’s, Hyderabad is not developed one that’s the reason Jai Andhra moment aroused. But situation is different now. All the people in different regions have strong relationship with Hyderabad. No one is interested to leave the Hyderabad. Except Kauri Samba Siva Rae, all the Union Ministers have expressed their views. SA MPs dared to vote against to the bill in LS. Lagadapati Rajagopal challenged Digvijay Singh and JaiRam on how to pass this bill. Lagadapati also argued with some SA MPs for their silence before High Command.
