The Congress Party chief whip, Gandra Venkataramana Reddy says the Telangana Congress MLAs will take a decision on supporting the candidature of the TRS party MLA, K Keshava Rao after their meeting on Friday.

Ahead of the rajya sabha polls  on Friday the Telangana MLAs want to meet at Golconda hotel  to decide to whom they should vote for. We have to take a decision to vote for KK after voting for MA Khan'n he said.

Gandra reminded of KCR’s earlier statement that he would merge the TRS party in Congress, if Telangana was given. Answering a question, he said once  again all Telangana ministers have been opposing the Chief Minister how would they think that the state will remain united. 

The chief  whip said the political divide of AP would be complete after the vote on account budget session of the assembly begining on Monday. He said it was up to the Telangana leaders to remain in the Telugu Desam Party led by Chandrababu Naidu. and come out become part of the main stream of  Telagnana in the coming days.
