Sometimes the work of few individuals speaks for themselves. For example, though people appreciate CBN for his administration skills, TDP brags more than what is required. But now there is a view among political and bureaucratic circles.

They feel the Congress leadership and also the general public may have failed to see how Kiran was among the best CM's AP had in recent times. Right from the time he took over as AP CM, Kiran was besieged with one problem after other. Starting with 42 day 'Sakala Janula Samme', then Jagan revolt, the cunning politics of Botsa Satyanarayana was a litmus test for Kiran.

He refused to bow before the blackmail tactics of the Telangana Ministers and even managed things without proper support from his own cabinet. He maintained firm grip on the law and order situation and kept his word by rejecting the T-bill in the assembly successfully.

'India Today 'group's award to him as the 'Best CM of India' recently was ignored by the media and now it is being said by people that Telangana issue has resulted in AP losing an able administrator.
