Manchu Lakshmi has been waiting for the right time to step into active politics. She made it clear that she is interested in politics and serving the people. But she feels that this is not the right time for it. She wants to wait for another three to four years before taking the plunge. Earlier there were rumors that she is contesting this election from so and so party.

Lakshmi Manchu said that few parties have approached her to join their party and contest the election. ‘I was not ready yet. Right now I am concentrating on my films and TV shows. I will definitely enter politics and that may happen in the next three years,’ she said. So, Lakshmi Manchu also will contest the next election along with Pawan Kalyan, who is in the process of building his party.

Lakshmi Manchu was in awe of Pawan’s speech at Janasena inaugural event. She openly appreciated his sincerity and dedication to serve the people. Will she join Janasena if she gets an invitation from Pawan? Well, Manchu family is close to many political parties and she has the privilege of choosing what is best for her.
